Our company was chosen to design gourmet baskets for celebrities such as Educator & Comedian, Bill Cosby; Actress, Phylicia Rashad; Singer, Lauryn Hill; Entertainers, Ashford & Simpson; Restaurateur, B.Smith; Film producer, Spike Lee and Home interior expert, Martha Stewart.

Here comes the Judge   

Zambezi is proud to have been chosen by the Gourmet Retail industry to participate, as a judge, in the 2003 & 2000 NASFT Summer International Fancy Food & Confection Shows at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC. At the show, we were asked to sample and select the newest and most outstanding gourmet products of the year.

Making Appearances on the Cosby Show   

Our gift items first made their debut on the Cosby Show back in 1996. Our gift items were chosen to add as an exotic flair on the set. The items included candle holders, vases, collectibles, decorative plates and exotic artwork.
