How long will the order take?
Your order will begin to be processed once it is received. Our turnaround time is, in most cases, 24 hours. We will provide you the following shipping choices: Overnight, Priority or Ground shipping.







How will I know the food items will be fresh?
We use only quality and reputable food purveyors to supply our gourmet gift baskets. We use only fresh fruits. To ensure freshness, we ship all perishable food items via overnight delivery or offer hand delivery for an additional cost.







Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Electronic checks, Paypal.







Can one of your designers recommend a specific gift?
Yes, We can custom tailor any gift. Just send an email to service@shopzambezi.com and tell us about the recipient, the amount you're willing to spend, and we'll be glad to make several commendations for you.







I am an international customer, how can I place an order?
As long as you have a valid credit card and a valid address (no PO Box addresses please) Zambezi will ship worldwide. The buyer pays for all shipping costs. Actual time of international delivery will be determined by shipping company.







Which currencies are supported?
With our SSL online system Zambezi accepts payment in U.S. Dollars, CAD, GBP and Euro.
